01 Venture land availability and layout plots will be allotted in Survey Nos.44 part and others in Patlur Village, Marpally Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana
 
02 Plots may be in the sizes of 150 Sq.yards as per the Tentative Layout intially. All the payments have to be made by the customer proportionately basing on the extent and payment schedule rates per Sq.Yds are mentioned below.
